Three species. One box. The whole argument.

Most people meet Vietnamese coffee once — a sweet iced cup from a cart — and think they know it. This is the box that proves them wrong.

The Discovery Flight is a 4 oz bag of each of the three coffee species we roast, chosen to sit as far apart as the plant family allows:

Robusta — No. 01 Pleiku, honey-processed. Bold, low-acid, brown-sugar sweet. The backbone of the tradition, roasted the way it's meant to be.
Arabica — No. 06 Cầu Đất peaberry, washed and light. Dark plum, raisin, a wine-like acidity. Highland Vietnam most people never taste.
Liberica — No. 07 Quảng Trị, anaerobic natural. Jackfruit, molasses, strawberry, syrupy body. The rarest commercial coffee species on earth.

Brew them side by side over a week and the differences aren't subtle — they're the whole point. One flight, three arguments for why Vietnam is the coffee origin to watch.
